You are welcome here.
I am born and raised Alaskan and I find profound meaning in exploring different areas of the world and ways of being. I find gratitude in the beauty of nature and power in human connections. I have experience offering a variety of recovery services ranging from group facilitation, recovery yoga classes, individual therapy, SUD education, event planning, and program development. After attending higher education in Oregon and Georgia, my path led me back to Alaska where I have worked as a mental health clinician in a community mental health clinic as well as doing macro-level social work. My specialties are in working with feminine intuitive mystics that would like to explore how trauma can create maladaptive behaviors in their life, such as through substance use, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, and codependency.
It is my hope to work with feminine identifying individuals through a social justice and empowerment lens to help you find greater purpose and meaning on your path. As a person with lived experience of many maladies of life, I offer a unique perspective in the therapeutic relationship that normalizes experiencing life challenges as well as life successes. I am a proponent for mindfulness, pranayama, finding Self and trusting intuition on the healing journey. I hold those approaches while also advocating for your self-defined recovery. I view therapy as walking beside someone on their healing journey, I can hold the light for you, but it is your work to walk the path.
I am in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska, so I bill them directly. For all other insurance carriers I will provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your plan. Credit card payments are taken at time of service based on co-pay/co-insurance or self-pay status.

It is a great honor to live, work, and play on the beautiful land of Lingit Aani, also known as Juneau, Alaska. I want to acknowledge the harm caused to the original inhabitants of this land, the Aaku' Kwaan and Taku' Kwaan people, and offer my deepest condolences for the insurmountable loss that these tribes experienced. It is my hope that as an individual and as a community we can right these wrongdoings and to move compassionately forward, together, and do our best to prevent future harm.
